I joined Ferndown Fitness as a member in 2015 as I wanted to rekindle my passion for exercise and fitness after raising a family.
I achieved great success, losing over 2 ½ stone in the process. I started working part time at Ferndown Fitness in 2017. With the benefit of my own experiences and my level 3 diploma in Personal Training, I am able to help members whether they are complete beginners or want to push themselves a little harder. I also enjoy planning and teaching exercise classes at Ferndown Fitness.
