If you become a member of Ferndown Fitness club we collect information about you to process and record your club membership and to provide you with the best possible service.
Information we collect from you will include:
- Your name.
- Your address.
- Your date of birth.
- How and when you pay for your club membership.
- Basic health information which is used to assess your fitness, give you a tailored exercise program and ensure the safe use of the gymnasium equipment.
You will not receive any unsolicited emails from Ferndown Fitness.
Ferndown Fitness Ltd will not pass any information to third parties EXCEPT as follows:
- When required to do so by law
- If you choose to pay your Ferndown Fitness club membership by Direct Debit. Ryburn Finance deal with all direct debit memberships for Ferndown Fitness Ltd. Your name, address, bank details, date of birth, telephone number and club membership dates will be passed to Ryburn Finance so that they can process your membership and collect your direct debit payments on behalf of Ferndown Fitness. We will never collect information about you without your explicit consent. Ferndown Fitness Ltd uses reasonable precautions to keep information disclosed to us secure. The information will be kept accurate and up to date.
